COO, CP China Supply Chain Mr. Roland Chong was born in Hong Kong and has over 25 years’ management working experience in different industries, such as supply chain management, logistics, IT and manufacturing operation etc. Before joining CP Group, Roland served Starbucks as Senior VP Supply Chain, he also worked for Yum! Food Services as VP & General Manager and member of Purchasing Board and System Review Board for Yum! Brands Restaurant - China Division.
Mr. MF Yung is the Head of Merchandising for Pentland Brands Limited. He joined the organization in 2004 with current responsibilities predominately covering the sourcing and merchandising operations functional strategies for the company, comprising a world-class portfolio of active, outdoor and fashion brands. Grew up and educated with BSc, MPhil, LLM and MBA in Hong Kong, he is now based in the same location with a family of three children.
Mr. Charles Gu, Founding Partner and CEO of BCP Over 30 years of business consulting and management experience in USA, China, and Europe, specialized in corporate strategy, M&A and global supply chain operations with many high-tech multinational and startup companies. He recently co-founded BCP in HK, providing cross-border business and financial advisory services to its clients in the high-tech manufacturing sectors in the Greater Bay Area and the Silicon Valley-based companies and financial institutes.
VP Global Sourcing at SWAROVSKI After graduated from Industrial Engineering from HK Polytechnique University, Joyce was attracted by the fabulous jewelry and watches products. She worked in jewelry and watches industry since then with wide range of exposure from product design and development, to retail distribution. Currently working in Swarovski as Vice President Global Sourcing.
Mr. Stanley Ng, Senior Vice President of Business Technology Unit of HKT, managing HKT’s portfolio of business/operation support systems. He is a seasoned IT professional with expertise on business & digital transformation, and portfolio/program/project management. Stanley delivered many business consultation and ERP implementation projects across different industries when he was in IBM and PwC Consulting.
Mr. Perry Ho, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ISO/TC member, Senior QA Manager of A.S. Watson Group, a member of CK Hutchison Holdings, has 20 years’ experience in process improvement. He holds a similar position in a DuPont fully-owned subsidiary before joining ASWG and was appointed as a Site Six Sigma Project Mentor. Currently, he is responsible for over 3,000 SKUs selling in 24 markets and is a consultant of a process reengineering project affecting 8 retail brands worldwide.
Mr. Trevor Calder is a complex problem solver with over 25 years of international experience leading cross-functional teams, managing projects and improving processes across countries including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau and China. Trevor is COO of Edsal Sandusky Zhongshan. He is a Jonah, skilled in the various TOC solutions, has strong IT and ERP background across a range of industries.
Dominic Lam - General Manager at WiseTech Global Responsible for the Sales of WiseTech product throughout N. Asia. WiseTech Global is dedicated to creating state-of-the-art logistics software that is without equal in the global marketplace.
